Worthiness, Creativity, and Fertility: A Balance in Energy
How can these things possibly be connected? And does it really matter?
Before the days of hormone testing, ultrasounds, and IVF, a lack of conception had completely different root causes. Not more or less accurate causes, just different. Health was not identified by the results of a blood test, but more appropriately on how you felt as a human in everyday life and how well your body performed typical bodily functions, like reproducing.
Fortunately, to modern medicine’s dismay, we are WAY more than the body alone. All living creatures are made of energy frequencies. Energy connects our body to our emotions and our mind. Emotions and thoughts themselves have specific frequencies. Just like sound and light, radio or micro waves, a thought vibrates through the mind and emotions vibrate through the cells of the body. The higher the frequency vibration of your emotions and thoughts the better your health and overall feeling of wellness.
Following the emotions and mind like a beacon in the night, the body is reactive first and foremost, if not entirely. The body responds to what our emotions and mind convey to it, along with external or environmental influences it encounters. This is important to remember when most modern treatments focus on forcing a change to the body’s function without addressing the underlying emotional, mental and environmental influences causing the ailment. Changing the energy frequency originating in the mind and emotions can often heal the body.
Take the emotion of worthiness and the thinking pattern of abundant creativity. These resonate at higher frequencies than their counterparts of feeling unworthy and not allowing creative thinking-‘all work no play’ type. Now picture years of believing you are not worthy and years of ignoring your creative passions and outlets. Your cells change frequency and are not vibrating at a healthy state as if you felt worthy and pursued your creative drives. Repeating these lower vibrating frequencies over and over cause your cells’ actual ability to function optimally to be compromised resulting in disease and dysfunction in the body.
Worthiness and creativity frequencies have been shown, over millennia of energy medicine being practiced, to reside-in and influence the sacral/pelvic region. The sacral/pelvic region is where the reproductive organs are. This explains the correlation found between feelings of unworthiness and lack of healthy creativity with fertility struggles. Does that mean if you have a positive self-worth and are extremely creative your won’t have a fertility struggle-NO; remember it is influenced by external factors and environmental exposures as well.
Practices to improve the frequency in the sacral region include:
Orange: surrounding yourself with the color orange, the color designated for Infertility awareness. This color vibrates at the sacral frequency and can improve the energy in this region.
Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Tigers eye, Sunstone, Orange Moonstone, Aragonite: these stones/crystals can balance the energy in the sacral region. It is known that stones and crystals have unique frequencies. Most of these are the color orange which enhances the benefit even more.
Play: creativity is imagination. It doesn’t have to be a master art piece or a best selling book; it can be swinging on swings like you wish you could when you walk by a swing set. Guess what you can!
Water: taking a bath, a long stroll on the beach, or watching the river pass by you can elevate the sacral region energy frequency. Water is the element associated with the sacral region and is extremely important for fertility in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
VAM chanting: saying this sound is associated with opening the energy in the sacral region.
Music frequency of 417 Hz: this specific solfeggio frequency balances sacral energy. Find music that is this frequency to find creative energy and feelings of worthiness.
If you are struggling to conceive, looking at your level of worthiness in every aspect of your life and learning what gets your creative juices flowing may improve your pregnancy outcome. It will at minimum allow for healthier cell function and more uplifting feelings overall.
